The following will be covered during the East Division Pow Wow:

1. 2022 HQ and East Division Events
2. East Division Competitions for 2022
3. Open call to form committees for East Division Day and East Division Learning Day
4. Breakout room discussion on challenges faced this year and how HQ can better assist unit
5. Adapting new badge programmes to complete clauses for eCCA 
6. Guide Shop forms and merchandise to consider budgeting in for next year’s programmes
7. Pairing of units with common CCA timing who are keen to collaborate with a buddy school 
8. PNA form & GuidingLIGHT resources
9. Q&A session

The attendance for the Pow Wow will be recorded for PNA. Nominate 1 Guider from your unit to attend the meeting.
