WAGGGS STEM Changemakers Badge – STEM Day Camp

Dear Guiders, 

We are excited to roll out the WAGGGS STEM Changemakers badge programme with our very first 2-day STEM Camp from 7 Nov to 8 Nov 2025.

In collaboration with WAGGGS and the KLA Foundation, this initiative empowers girls and adult leaders to:

🔹 Earn the WAGGGS STEM Changemakers Badge

🔹 Develop hands-on STEM skills with real-world applications

🔹 Break barriers and advocate for inclusivity in STEM

🔹 Tackle global challenges through innovation

As one of the few Member Organisations leading this, GGS is proud to kick off with this exciting non-residential camp for Guides. Participants will complete a series of STEM activities, take part in a special STEM Challenge, visit inspiring STEM organisations and sites and receive a Certificate of participation, as well as attain the WAGGGS STEM Changemakers badge. 

Date: 8th November, Saturday

Time: 8.00AM – 2.00PM

Venue: Camp Christine (2-way transport will be provided)

Reporting time: 7.45AM at Guide House

Dismissal time: 2.45PM at Guide House

Lunch will be provided. 

Attire: Guides Polo with long pants and covered shoes. Event t-shirt will be provided.

Things to bring: Water bottle, writing materials and any personal medication (if required)

Guides who are participating in Let’s Go Camping (LGC) will also be able to work towards their badge during the camp. No additional registration will be required for them.
