Free Being Me Training for Guides

Dear Guide Guiders,
Free Being Me (FBM) is an educational programme that fosters body confidence and promotes a world free from appearance-related anxiety. Through engaging, learner-led activities, Guides will learn to value their bodies, challenge beauty stereotypes, and advocate for healthy body image among their peers and communities.
Each Guide attending FBM training will also complete an action project, reaching out to at least two people to spread the message of body confidence.

Date: Saturday, 16 August 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Guide House, Level 3 (Meeting Rooms 1 & 2)
Attire: Half-Uniform (Guide Skirt & T-shirt)
What to bring:
- Writing materials
- Jacket
- Water bottle
Registration:
Guiders who are keen for their girls to participate can register via https://forms.gle/xcnrcrcD1oVpDSL5A by 31 July 2025.
Fee: $10 per Guide (excluding 9% GST)
Slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.
