Free Being Me (FBM) Training

Dear Guide Guiders,

There will be a session to train and equip your Guides to be facilitators for Free Being Me. 

Free Being Me (FBM) is an educational programme that fosters body confidence and promotes a world free from appearance-related anxiety. Through engaging, learner-led activities, Guides will learn to value their bodies, challenge beauty stereotypes, and advocate for healthy body image among their peers and communities.

Each Guide attending FBM training will also complete an action project, reaching out to at least two people to spread the message of body confidence.

Date: 17 January 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 9am – 5pm
Venue: Hall, GGS HQ
Attire: Half-Uniform (Guide Skirt & T-shirt)
What to bring:

• Writing materials
• Jacket (optional)
• Water bottle

Registration: Guiders who are keen for their girls to participate can register here by 10 January 2026.

Fee: $10 per Guide ($10.90 including 9% GST)

Slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that billing will be based strictly on the number of participants registered for the event, as the fees are subsidised by GGS. In the event of a no-show, the full fee will remain payable by the school or individual participant.
