[Extended] Deadline for Online Advocacy Video Competition – Round 2 Mental Wellness Month

Dear Guiders, 

We are excited to announce the second online advocacy video competition, focusing on Mental Wellness Month. 

Theme: Mind Matters: Nurture, Heal, Thrive 

This theme highlights the importance of mental well-being, encouraging self-care, healing, and resilience. It reminds everyone that nurturing our mental health is just as vital as physical health, and small steps can lead to a thriving, balanced life. We hope for participants to tackle the issue of mental health stigma in Singapore, encouraging us to seek help when we need it, and fostering a more resilient and cohesive community by spreading awareness on social media and sharing with everyone some self-care tips.

Video requirements:

• Girls are to form a team of 3 to 5 girls per video entry

• 1-minute long portrait video with a caption for the video

• Each school can submit a maximum of 3 videos 

Please note that there is an extension for submission. Do submit all video submissions by 25th July 2025, 5pm, via this form (https://tinyurl.com/mayadvocacyvidcomp2025). Winning entries will be featured on the official Girl Guides Singapore Instagram account (@girlguidessingapore).
