Emergency Preparedness Trooper Session: SHF Blood Pressure Awareness Workshop

Dear Guiders,
As part of the Youth CERT programme, People’s Association offers free workshops and seminars (not compulsory, but highly encouraged for girls to build their skills).
Hosted by the Singapore Heart Foundation, this workshop seeks to train students on BP management tips and accurate measurement skills, as proper BP management can play a role in preventing cardiac arrest.
This workshop is to be confirmed, and details will be shared at a later date when available.
More events have just been added to the 2026 calendar, and will continue to be added to the calendar (on the form linked below) on an ad-hoc basis.
