Combined Awards Ceremony 2025

Dear GGS Members, 

We are excited to welcome you to the Girl Guides Singapore Awards Ceremony to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our girls, Adult members and Units.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, 26 July 2025
Venue: Evelyn Auditorium, Raffles Girls’ School (Secondary), 2 Braddell Rise, Singapore 318871
Attire: Full Uniform for all Brownies, Guides, Young Adults, and GGS Members

There are two sessions:

• Morning Session (North & South Divisions): 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Afternoon Session (East & West Divisions): 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Award recipients are to report 30 minutes before their session for registration and briefing.

Activities

Guests will enjoy a range of activities in the atrium:

• Girl Guides Shop (featuring Girl Guide Cookies and Limited-Edition Bears)
• Programme Booths: WAGGGS, Youths for Inclusion, GIRL Adventure, Division showcase
• Photo Booth to capture your special day!

Parking Information

Due to limited parking, only School Leaders will be allowed to park within the school compound, subject to availability.
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. School Leaders must submit their car plate number via the RSVP form by 19 July 2025 for security clearance.

All other guests are encouraged to take public transport. Please refer to the FAQ for nearby public parking locations.
