BTC Theory Module (Part 2)

Dear Guiders / Adult Leaders,

Girl Guides Singapore (GGS) will be conducting the Basic Training Course (BTC) in March–July 2026 for all Adult Leaders leading the Brownies / Girl Guides’ programme in School.

The BTC is a compulsory training course for all teachers who are appointed as Guiders for the school CCA, Brownies / Girl Guides and for any Young Adult who wishes to become a warranted Guider. This course will equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to value-add and lead the Brownies / Girl Guides programmes in their Units. The course consists of 3 modules. All Adult Leaders and Young Adults must complete all the 3 modules of this course before they can receive their warrant.

The course fees are as follows:

Brownie Guiders: $380 excluding 9% GST ($414.20 including 9% GST)
Guide Guiders: $320 excluding 9% GST ($348.80 including 9% GST)
HQ Guiders:

• New Young Adults: $80 excluding 9% GST ($87.20 including 9% GST)
• New Adult Leaders: $160 excluding 9% GST ($174.40 including 9% GST)

100% attendance is required for the BTC.
