Patrol Leader Training Course (PLTC) Run 1 Day 1

Dear Guide Guiders,

This PLTC aims to equip the Patrol Leaders / Company Leaders / ACLs with the necessary leadership skills to be able to manage her Patrol and Unit efficiently.

Objectives:

• To understand the roles and responsibilities of a Patrol Leader / ACL / CL
• To develop effective leadership and organisation skills
• To Assist Guiders in managing the unit

Target Group:

• Guides who are identified as potential leaders or are holding leadership positions
• Enrolled Guides in Sec 2 / 3

Course Requirement:

• 100% Attendance
• Pre-Task: Guides will be given work to do during the course itself. We expect the girls to complete the necessary work.

Date: 17 March 2026 & 18 March 2026
Time: 9.00am to 5.00pm
Venue: Guide House
Course Fee: $70 per Guide ($76.30 including 9% GST)

Please note that billing will be based strictly on the number of participants registered for the event, as the fees are subsidised by GGS. In the event of a no-show, the full fee will remain payable by the school or individual participant.

Students under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme, students can seek support from the Masonic Charitable Fund to cover their full fees and be fully subsidised. The respective Guider is required to inform GGS on the student’s behalf.

There must be a check on the form to indicate if there are any students who are under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme.
