2026 School Cookie Project

Dear Guiders,

It’s that time again! Our girls can enhance their communication and entrepreneurial skills through our annual School Cookie Project. Thank you for your support in empowering them!

1.Key Dates – Mark Your Calendars!

Ordering Starts: March 16, 2026

Order Deadline: April 30, 2026

Delivery Period: May 04 to May 22, 2026, 29 June to 29 August 2026

There will be no deliveries during public or school holidays. Confirmed complete consolidated

orders submitted early will be prioritised for delivery within the scheduled period.

2.Unveiling the New Designs for this Year

We’re proud to showcase cookie box designs inspired by Chee Yuhan Rei from Manjusri Secondary School.

3.The Cookie Entrepreneurs Pilot Programme 

This year, we are introducing The Cookie Entrepreneurs pilot programme to make the School Cookie Project more interactive and rewarding for the girls. The programme offers:

• Structured activities that develop skills in design, marketing, communication and sales, aligned with WAGGGS Leadership Mindsets
• Opportunities to build confidence, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking
• A clear connection between cookie sales and the impact of GGS programmes
• A ready-to-use activity pack to guide and support Guiders
• New payment option: Ez-Link card for Units completing the activity pack

A workshop will be held on 16th April at Guide House for girls to experience the activity pack. Register here by 10th April. Try the activities at your next CCA session!

4.How to Order:

All orders are placed through our GGS Cookie Shop portal:

• Each girl member submits their individual orders directly through the portal. Please to this link GGS Cookie Manual for step by step instructions on how to log in and place your order.
• Consolidated orders received by 30 April 2026 will be submitted to the vendor for delivery schedule. Complete consolidated orders submitted early will be prioritised for delivery within the scheduled period.
• Guiders are reminded not to collect cash payments.
• New Guiders: To request for portal login credentials, email ggscookies@girlguides.org.sg with your School Unit name and email address to link your account.

5.Delivery Options (between 04 to 22 May 2026)

• Complimentary delivery is available for Units ordering 60 boxes or more. We strongly recommend accepting the delivery date, as it is based on the vendor’s availability.
• For orders fewer than 60 boxes, Guiders must arrange self-collection from the Guide House. To arrange, email ggscookies@girlguides.org.sg and we will respond promptly.
• For urgent requests, the vendor offers the option of factory self-collection via Lalamove within the delivery period, with additional costs.

6. Incentive and Rewards

Units averaging at least 5 boxes per girl will receive a special edition Cookie Fun patch for each participating member.

7. Payment

All cookie orders are to be paid via PayNow through the portal. Units completing the activity pack may trial EZ-Link card payments. More information can be found here.
