WAGGGS Leadership Model Round 1 (for Guides)

Dear Guide Guiders,

Girl Guides Singapore is adopting the WAGGGS Leadership Model as part of our core Girl Guides Experience.

This Leadership Model is a model of leadership practice. Leadership practice emphasizes on the daily behaviours you choose to engage in to put your values into action and create positive change. Leadership practice regards your “way s of being and thinking about the world” as the foundation to who you are as a leader.

The WAGGGS leadership model uses a system of six mindsets as the main tool to make leadership practice conscious. We believe that girls, no matter what age, can consciously practice their leadership to become better leaders.

To send your girls for this training, you can register here. 

Participating Guides should be at least Sec 2s and above. Each Unit can send up to 5 Guides for this training.

Each Guide will cost $8 excluding 9% GST.

Each training will accommodate up to 40 Guides. Availability of slots is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
