WAGGGS Leadership Mindset Session 1 (for Division) (CV)

Dear Guiders,

This training is for Guides who will be assisting in the facilitation of WAGGGS Leadership Model during the respective Division Learning Day. 

This Leadership Model is a model of leadership practice. Leadership practice emphasizes on the daily behaviours you choose to engage in to put your values into action and create positive change. Leadership practice regards your “way s of being and thinking about the world” as the foundation to who you are as a leader.

The WAGGGS leadership model uses a system of six mindsets as the main tool to make leadership practice conscious. We believe that girls, no matter what age, can consciously practice their leadership to become better leaders.
