South Division Service @ Guide House

Dear South Division Guiders,

 

As mentioned in the South Div Pow-Wow in November 2023, South Division will be focusing on providing service to GGS HQ and Camp Christine in 2024. 

 

Please see complete list of dates in which the Brownies / Guides can provide service below.

Service at Guide House Service at Camp Christine

Term 1: 26 Jan, 16 Feb
Term 2: 5 April, 26 Apr, 17 May & 24 May
June School Hols: 7 Jun
Term 3: 5 Jul, 19 Jul, 2 Aug, 16 Aug, 30 Aug
Term 4: 13 Sep, 25 Oct, 8 Nov, 22 Nov


Roles: 

  • Stock Take, Orders Fulfilment, Administrative Tasks, Sprucing of Notice board, Setting Up for Events

No. of girls: 8 – 10
Guider not required to follow

Dates: 

  • 23 Mar, 8 Jun, 9 Nov

Roles: 

  • Spring Cleaning, Decorating, Gardening / Weeding

No. of girls: up to 20 girls per date

Transport to and fro Camp Christine will be provided.

Report at HQ at 9am.

Time of Service: 9.45am – 11.45am.

Dismissal from HQ: 12.45pm

After which, you can email or whatsapp Jasmine to book a slot for your girls.
