Smoke-Free Ambassador Programme (Guides)

Dear Guide Guiders,

 

GGS and Singapore Cancer Society Anti-smoking Ambassador badge programme is into its 10th year and over 1000 girls have completed the programme. In this programme, the Guides who are Smoke Free Ambassadors will be given an opportunity to make significant impact to the community by educating their peers to promote a smoke free environment and at the same time help to reduce cancer in Singapore. Through the programme the Guides are challenge to innovate and create meaningful anti-smoking campaigns to encourage their peers to either quit smoking or not smoke at all. Girls who have completed the programme have shown to display creativity in planning their campaign and were effective advocates to  their peers to live a healthy lifestyle.

Venue: Guide House (Physical workshop)
Attire: Full Guides Uniform

Timeline of Deliverables:
a. Submission of Project Proposal: By April (TBA)
 
Photos will be taken during the session and these photos may be used for GGS reporting and publicity purposes. If you have any Guides who do not want to be featured, please indicate their names below.
