Dear Young Adults, Guiders and Staff,
What makes a great facilitator? Is it having all the answers, or knowing how to create a space where everyone feels heard, included and empowered to take the lead? As Guiders, young adults and staff, we have the opportunity to create meaningful spaces where girls discover their voices, build confidence and grow into leaders.
Join us for our Facilitation Workshop and learn how to engage others, navigate different perspectives and facilitate with purpose. Come for the skills, stay for the connections, and leave inspired to bring out the best in others.
