Patrol Leaders’ Training Course Round 1 Day 4

Dear Guide Guiders,

This PLTC aims to equip the Patrol Leaders / Company Leaders / ACLs with the necessary leadership skills to be able to manage her Patrol and Unit efficiently.

Objectives:
· To understand the roles and responsibilities of a Patrol Leader / ACL / CL
· To develop effective leadership and organisation skills
· To Assist Guiders in managing the unit

Target Group:
· Guides who are identified as potential leaders or are holding leadership positions
· Enrolled Guides in Sec 2 / 3

Course Requirement
– 100% Attendance
– Pre-Task: Guides will be given work to do during the course itself. We expect the girls to complete the necessary work.

The dates are as follows:

• 20 March 2025, Thursday, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)
• 21 March 2025, Thursday, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)
• 2 April 2025, Wednesday, 3.30pm – 5.30pm (virtual)
• 9 April 2025, Wednesday, 3.30pm – 5.30pm (virtual)

There will be a course fees of $70 / Guide excluding 9% GST.
