| Objective of Meeting |
Girl Guides Singapore will hold an EGM to vote on amendments to the GGS Constitution. |
| Purpose of Meeting | Given that some voters experienced technical difficulties voting on the amendments to GGS’ Constitution at the AGM, and the voting was done in a format that was new to GGS, we are holding an EGM to provide another opportunity to vote in a simplified process. |
| Requirements | Please note that only Uniformed Adult Members, Lay Members and Trefoil Guild Members who have paid annual membership fees for the previous year (2023) and for the current year (2024) can attend and vote at the EGM. |
