Basic Training Course Round 1 Module 1 (for New and Refresher Guiders) (Compulsory)

BASIC TRAINING COURSE 1, 2023
Dear Sir/Mdm,
Girl Guides Singapore (GGS) will be conducting the Basic Training Course (BTC) in Jan – Mar 2022 for all adult leaders leading the Brownies / Girl Guides’ programme in School.
The BTC is a compulsory training course for all teachers who are appointed as Guiders for the school CCA, Brownies / Girl Guides. This course will equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to value-add and lead the Brownies / Girl Guides programmes in their Units. The course consist of 3 modules. All adult leaders must complete all the 3 modules of this course before they can receive their warrant.
Due to the current COVID19 situation, the Training Branch had to make adjustments to our current curriculum.
100% attendance is required for the BTC.

To be able to facilitate a Brownies / Girl Guides meeting in school according to GGS’ requirements. |
Registration Details:
- Complete the Uniform Request Form and upload onto the registration form below.
- Complete the Basic Training Course (BTC) 2023 Round 1 Registration
- Registration will be confirmed via email.
- Cost fee: $280 (Guide Guiders) / $350 (Brownie Guiders) per person inclusive of all meals/refreshments, training materials, accommodation and Uniform for Guider.
- The training materials and uniform will be issued out on 4 Feb itself.
