Registration Deadline: PA Youth CERT Networking Session 2026

Dear Guide Guiders and Young Adults, 

Girl Guides Singapore is pleased to invite girls who have participated in the PA Youth CERT programme to a meaningful morning of learning, sharing and networking. Girls who have not participated in the programme but are interested in emergency preparedness and community resilience can also register for this event.

Event Details

Date: 14 November 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 9am – 1pm
Venue: Singapore Scout Association HQ, Auditorium
Attire: Full Guide uniform

Participants will meet directly at the venue. Guiders are not required to accompany their girls, although they are welcome to attend if they wish.

We are honoured to have Minister Sim Ann grace the session. Minister Sim also officiated the launch of the PA Youth CERT programme in October 2025.

Programme Highlights

• Fireside Chat with Minister Sim Ann
  Engage directly with Minister Sim and share your experiences and aspirations as young community first responders.
• Emergency and Security Landscape
  Learn about the current emergency and security landscape and how young people can stay informed and prepared.
• Experiential Workshop
  Participate in hands-on activities that promote inclusivity, strengthen social cohesion and build community resilience.
• SGSecure Sharing
  Discover how young people can contribute to community vigilance and preparedness.
• ISD Sharing (To Be Confirmed)
  Learn about the importance of remaining vigilant against radicalisation and harmful influences.
• Training Opportunities
  Explore training opportunities beyond CPR and AED and Standard First Aid, including Psychological First Aid and Community Mediation.
