Garden by the Bay Ambassador Programme Run 2 Training Session 1

Dear Guide Guiders,

The Gardens by the Bay Ambassador Programme (GAP) 2026 is back. Since its launch in 2012, more than 600 of our Guides have become GB Ambassadors of the award-winning garden. 

Guides who have completed the programme discovered more about the vast variety of plants and acquired valuable knowledge on the sustainability efforts of the garden. In addition, they also gained experience by conducting garden tours as well as facilitating and delivering programmes amidst the beautiful setting. 

This is indeed a great learning opportunity for the Guides as they play an active role in one of Singapore’s popular tourist attractions.

Session 1: Onsite ASK Me! Training Session (Compulsory to attend 1 session)

Date/Day: 1 July, Wednesday [rolling basis]
Time: 3pm – 4pm (Guides to log on 15 minutes before the start of session)
Mode: Online via Microsoft Teams (Details will be sent upon confirmation)
Attire: Guides polo t-shirt/Guides-related t-shirt

Orientation is open on a rolling basis, with 1 July being the suggested date of completion. This orientation must be completed before their Session 2.

Note: Guiders must accompany the Guides online. Units are highly encouraged to log-in using one laptop.  Please ensure that the Guides/Guiders’ laptops are able to access Microsoft Teams. Please approach your IT Helpdesk, if you encounter any technical issues.
