Dear Guiders,
Missed our first STEM Day last year?
Fret not, this year, we’re back bigger and stronger! We are excited to bring back STEM Day in 2026, an enhanced and immersive experience designed for Guides to complete their STEM Changemakers badge in a fun, meaningful, and collaborative way.
Building on the STEM Changemakers Programme by the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), this year’s STEM Day offers even more opportunities for hands-on learning, exploration, and innovation.
What is STEM Day 2026?
STEM Day 2026 is a large-scale platform where Guides from across units come together to experience STEM beyond the classroom, completing Levels 3 and 4 of the badge.

Science Centre Singapore (Two-way transport provided) Guides may report directly at Science Centre by 9.15am and will be dismissed from Science Centre at 3pm. |

Things to bring |
Water bottle, writing materials and any personal medication (if required) |

Lunch will be provided. |
STEM Day Programme Highlights:
- Amazing Race @ Science Centre Singapore
Guides will explore exhibits in teams, solving clues and completing interactive tasks. - Innovation Challenge
Guides will go through a Design Thinking process to tackle real-world challenges, developing creative solutions and building confidence as changemakers.
How do Guides complete the badge?
As STEM Day will focus on Level 3 and 4 activities only, Guides must first complete the following before attending STEM Day:
- Level 1: STEM Avatars
- Level 2: Traffic Light Challenge
To support units, we will also be conducting an online session for Guides to complete Levels 1 and 2, ensuring everyone is well-prepared before the event.
*Guides who have already completed or are in the process of completing Level 1 & 2 with their Units do not need to attend this session.
