Dear Guiders and YAs,
GGS is conducting a Safeguarding, Ethos and RAMS training which is designed to equip leaders with essential knowledge and skills for creating safe and inclusive environments.
The training covers key topics such as safeguarding practices, the organization’s ethos and values, and Risk Assessment and Management Systems (RAMS). Participants will learn how to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, uphold the organization’s principles, and conduct effective risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved in their activities.
