Chief Commissioner’s Award Stage 1: Brownie Can Lead Video Submission

Dear Guiders,

Registration for the Chief Commissioner’s Award Badge (CCAB) 2026 is now open!

The Chief Commissioner’s Award Badge (CCAB) is the highest level of achievement for a Brownie to work towards. It recognises the leadership qualities of the Brownie and one who has demonstrated the following:

• strength of character and moral integrity
• commitment to the Brownie Promise, the Brownie Motto and the Brownie Laws
• and proficiency in the 5-Point Programme

Please register your eligible Brownies and ensure all forms and documentation are submitted. 

To make the assessment and validation smoother, Guiders are to ensure that both Guiders and candidates meet the requirements and are able to adhere to the following components:

• Brownie Experience Milestone for candidates

• Badge requirements a candidate should attain

• Attendance at the final assessment stage

• Availability of Guiders as assessors for all assessment stages, including video assessments

Please submit this form by 27 Feb 2026 at 6.00 pm (T1W8, Friday). Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
