Lost or Stolen Donation Cards

Please follow these steps if you suspect your donation card has been stolen
  1. Make a police report within 2 days after the incident.
  2. Submit the original copy of the police report to GGS HQ within 1 week after police report is made.
Please follow these steps if you have lost your donation card
  1. Please fill in this declaration form for loss of Donation card.
  2. Submit the form to your Guider within 1 week of the incident.
  3. Guider to submit the form along with the other Hikeathon cards.
If you have lost the donation amount

Administrative Matters

Donation Cards
  1. Please submit all donation cards to HQ no later than 15 March 2020.
  2. Please ensure that there are no missing cards. If there are any missing/stolen cards, please take note of the above steps that your Brownies/Girl Guides should take.
  3. Please ensure that cards submitted are in the correct numerical sequence.
Total Donation Amount

Please note that GGS is doing away with cash collection from WTD 2020 onwards.

Guiders are to submit the total donation amount to GGS HQ via the following methods:

  1. IFAAS
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. Cheque

For Cheque payment, please issue cheque to ‘Girl Guides Singapore’. At the back of cheque, please indicate Cheque is for WTD 2020 and name of School.
