YA Introductory Course & Annual Meeting & Renewal of Promise (Round 2)

Dear YAs,
We hope you have been doing well! Join us on 22nd June 2024, Saturday, as we witness the changes in YA leadership as the current leadership hands over their roles, and celebrate the achievements of our YAs. Award recipients have been notified by email accordingly. We will also be conducting another round of Introductory Course for YAs who have not been enrolled.
The Introductory Course is compulsory for YAs who have not attended any Introductory Courses, been enrolled, or received the YA collar pin. It is compulsory for all YAs to be enrolled so as to represent the YA Branch in any event such as National Day Parade and international programmes.

Date: 22nd June 2024, Saturday
Time:
- 12.00pm – 1.00pm: Catered Lunch
- 1.00pm-2.30pm: Introductory Course (For incoming YAs only)
- 2.30pm-4.00pm: YA awards ceremony and leadership handover (For all YAs)
You are welcome to join us for lunch, which will be served at 12.00pm.
Venue: Guide House
Attire:
- For incoming YAs: working attire (YA polo tee, with world badge, with black or dark blue jeans/pants and covered shoes)
- For new YAs who have not purchased your YA polo tees, you may wear any Guide related t-shirt.
- For existing YAs: YA Full uniform (Blouse, skirt, belt, scarf, scarf holder, world badge, YA pin, and black flats/court shoes)
Things to bring:
- Water bottle
- Any personal medication, if required
- Money to purchase YA polo ($15), if required
