SYFC Programme for Graduated Guides

Dear Guide Guiders, 

We are pleased to inform you that we will be having a Aerodynamics workshop with Singapore Youth Flying Club in November 2023.

These workshops are a collaborative effort with SYFC to inspire more girls to explore options in STEM and in the aviation industry.

As this is a very special programme, we are only able to take a very small group of girls. Please see the criteria below.

1. Each school can only send 2 Guides.
2. These 2 Guides must at at least have held the position of Assistant Company Leader (ACL) or Company Leader (CL).
3. Participants Guides must adhere by the pre-requisite / guidelines provided by SYFC (see below)

Date: 29 Nov, 8.15am – 1.30pm
Venue: Singapore Youth Flying Club (Meet at Guide House first)
Attire: Guides T-shirt, long pants, covered shoes (no exposed feet)
Things to bring:

• Own snacks and drinks
• Writing materials

Pre-requisite:

• Assistant Company Leader or Company Leader.
• Less than 600 degrees max myopia and 200deg max astigmatism on each eye
• No color blindness

This is a first-come, first-serve basis. We will close the form once we hit the quota.
