Experience Camp Christine in a new and exciting way! We would like to invite you, your girls and their families to an exhilarating and fun day on the 5th of November from 9am – 5pm. Helmed by the Camp Committee, the inaugural Outdoor Steward Fest (OSF) 2022, promises to deliver an outdoor-centric programme with a focus on SDG 13 – Climate Action. OSF also spotlights our new BP-Eco Challenge (Land and Water) which was launched during the International Camp She Can 2022 in June.

$5 off OSF fees for all International Camp She Can 2022 registered campers.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Who can register for OSF? It is open to all GGS members and members of the public.
How many participating Guiders & girls can a unit/pack register? Each pack/unit can register a maximum of 20 participating Guiders & Brownies/Guides.
Does this number include accompanying Guiders? No, it does not.
How will schools be billed? Schools will be billed through IFAAS unless you have other preferred arrangements. Please inform Huda (huda@girlguides.org.sg).
Do participants have to stay for the entire day? Yes, please refer to the schedule above. The duration for each activity is 3 hours.There will be two sessions inclusive of lunch time.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, only lunch will be provided for both participants (Guiders & Brownies/Guides) and accompanying Guiders. Lunch will not be provided for those registering for the complimentary fringe activities.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, we highly encourage the Guiders & Brownies/Guides to bring their own snacks. Bring along your own set of utensils, plates, cups and water bottle. Remember being an Outdoor Steward starts from reducing waste and refusing single-used items. Bring a mat to picnic out on the camping grounds, if good weather graces us.
Will we be given RAMS & packing list? Yes, confirmed units/packs will receive them from 14 October onwards.
What is Outdoor Steward Fest 2022’s refund policy? As an outdoor event, OSF is subjected to weather conditions. As such, when there is a Category 1 lightning alert, all activities will continue except for BP Eco-Challenge & Innovative Outdoor Cooking. All activities will be suspended only if weather conditions present a danger to participants at Camp Christine.
In case of suspension of activities due to extreme bad weather, participants will be able to do a booking at a separate date and time for BP Eco-Challenge only. The other activities are available during OSF only.
