DESCRIPTION:Dear Guiders\, \n  \nWe are excited to share that WAGGGS has launched a revised Free Being Me Programme\, which is exciting\, refreshing and interactive to meet the current needs of our girls. \n  \nGGS will adopt the revised Free Being Me (FBM) Programme starting in 2023. \n  \nGGS is organising a Free Being Me training for Adult Leaders in January 2023. We would like to invite you to join us in the pilot training and be part of a pool of facilitators who will work along with the HQ trainers to conduct the revised FBM training for the girls (Brownies & Guides). \n  \nThe details of the upcoming training are as follows : \nTopic : Free Being Me training (for Adult Leaders) \nDate : 7 January 2023 (Saturday) \nTime : 9:00 am – 5:00 pm \nVenue : Guide House (9 Bishan Street 14 Singapore 579785) \nTea-break & lunch (halal) will be provided \n  \nDo sign up via this link https://forms.gle/CatrjGXVEdN5LbtU7 by 30 December 2022 if you are keen to attend the training.  \n  \nIn line with WAGGGS guidelines\, FBM training for the girls will be conducted by Trained Adult leaders only. Both Brownies and Guides will now have to go through FBM training before they can attend the Action on Body Confidence (ABC) training. This is to ensure that the girls are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to attend ABC training. DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\, \nGirl Guides Singapore is adopting the WAGGGS Leadership Model as part of our core Girl Guides Experience. \n  \nThis Leadership Model is a model of leadership practice. Leadership practice emphasizes on the daily behaviours you choose to engage in to put your values into action and create positive change. Leadership practice regards your “way s of being and thinking about the world” as the foundation to who you are as a leader. \n  \nThe WAGGGS leadership model uses a system of six mindsets as the main tool to make leadership practice conscious. We believe that girls\, no matter what age\, can consciously practice their leadership to become better leaders. \n  \nTo send your girls for this training\, you can register here: WAGGGS Leadership Model Virtual Training. \n\nParticipating Guides should be at least Sec 2s and above. Each Unit can send up to 6 Guides for this training. \n  \nEach Guide will cost $5. \n  \nEach training will accommodate up to 40 Guides.
