SUMMARY:President's Guide Award (PGA) Pioneer Badge Test
DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\, \n  \nAs reflected in 2019 changes during the Guide Branch Meeting for all Guiders\, you will know that out of the 4 compulsory proficiency badges\, only the Pioneer Proficiency Badge will be tested centrally. \n  \nHowever\, due to the current COVID19 situation\, girls will not be able to come to HQ / Camp Christine to complete their Pioneer Proficiency Badge Test. \n  \nPriority for the Pioneer Proficiency Badge Tests will be given to Units attempting to send the girls for the PGA 2021 Application. \n  \nTo adjust for this\, Guiders who require their girls to be tested for the Pioneer Badge Test for PGA 2021 Application\, please note the adjustments below. \n  \n\n	HQ Trainers to go down to the respective schools to conduct the Pioneer Proficiency Badge Test from 6 Oct onwards.\n	Guiders to register with slots here: https://forms.gle/xrdSJx4Vr5U1KYVP6\n	Testing will be conducted in the school grounds\n	Schools to ensure that they have the necessary equipment\n	Schools will still need to adhere by the Social Distancing Measures and approval from School Management.\n\n  \nShould you have any other queries\, please feel free to write to me. \n  \nJasmine Cheong \nHead\, \nTraining\, Programmes & Unit Development

DESCRIPTION:Dear Guiders\, \nGuiders were equipped on the use of GuidingLIGHT after they have attended the training sessions that were conducted since April. \nThere will be 2 more sessions left and we strongly urge you to sign up for the upcoming trainings so that you can better use this platform during this period. \nThese trainings are all done via Zoom Meeting. \nAll Brownie and Guide Guiders should sign up for at least one of these sessions. \nGuiders who attend the session will also be awarded Skills Badge – Online Handbook e-badge. \n1. Beginner Training – for all Guiders who are unfamiliar or have difficulty with GuidingLIGHT (choose one date)\n12 June (Friday) 3.00pm – 5.00 pm\n29 June (Thurs) 3.00pm – 5.00pm \nPlease sign up using this link : Term 4 Registration for GuidingLIGHT Online Handbook \n\nAn email confirmation for your attendance with your Online Handbook Account will be sent to you at least three days before the training. \nDo make sure that the microphone\, audio and video on the laptop are working before joining the Zoom Meeting.
