DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\, \n\nGirl Guides Singapore in collaboration with People’s Association (PA)\, are enhancing youths’ emergency preparedness capabilities by launching the Emergency Preparedness Trooper Badge Programme.\n\nThis programme is only for girls in Secondary 3 and above (Guiders need not be present). Girls must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents. \n\nPlease note that as part of this badge programme\, the Guides / YAs would be required to complete the following: \n\n	2 days of First-Aid Training and become a certified First-Aider\n	At least 2 events with either People’s Association\, Girl Guides Singapore\, or their school to apply their first-aider skills: You may register here if you are keen to volunteer as a First Aider as part of Chingay 2026!\n\nWe look forward to your participation in this meaningful programme that empowers our girls to serve with skill and confidence. \n\nThank you.\n\n\nYours sincerely\, \n\nMs Ong Zeng Zi\nGuide Branch Commissioner
