DESCRIPTION:Dear Guiders and GGS Members\,\n\n \nThe Girl Guides Shop launched its pilot delivery service at the start of 2021 and has received a good response from our members. In view of the latest COVID measures and to continue to provide good service to our members\, the Shop will be undergoing the following changes: \n\n	Shop Opening Hours\n\nThe Shop opening hours will be adjusted as follows: \n\n	Thursday to Friday – 12.00pm to 5.30pm\n	Saturday – 8.30am to 5.00pm\n\nThe shop will NOT be open on Tuesday and Wednesday. \n  \nThis will be effective as of 8 JUNE 2021. Guiders\, please DO inform your students and parents so that they are kept updated on the NEW opening hours. \n  \n2. New Order Forms \nPlease see revised Shop Order Forms here:Guide Shop Forms \n  \nFor orders for NEW ENROLMENT that are entitled to the MOE grants\, please use \n\n	GRANT ORDER FORM – GUIDERS\n	GRANT ORDER FORM – GUIDES\n	GRANT ORDER FORM – BROWNIES\n\n\nDO NOTE the multiple tabs in each form which includes \n\n	Uniform and Accessories order form\n	Sizing Chart\n	Name Tape order form\n	Exchange form – PLEASE PROVIDE STUDENTS AND PARENTS WITH THIS FORM FOR EXCHANGES as exchanges will only be entertained with the form\n	Proficiency badge form – PLEASE ATTACH A COPY OF YOUR BADGE REPORT\n\n  \nFor GUIDERS FORM\, the tabs include the form for the Short Sleeve option and a form for the Long Sleeve option – please use the appropriate form as required. Please note that GUIDERS UNIFORM will be available from the third quarter of 2021. \n  \nFOR ANY OTHER GENERAL ORDERS NOT ENTITLED TO GRANTS\, Please USE the GENERAL ORDER form which has a tab each for \n\n	Guides\n	Brownies\n	Gifts and Souvenirs\n\nThe forms will also be placed on our website for your convenience – Guide Shop Forms \n  \n(3) Delivery is encouraged \nWe highly recommend our members to use our delivery service when purchasing the items.  \nAll deliveries will be confirmed once we receive payment to Girl Guides Singapore or instructions to invoice via IFAAS. Do take note that there may be at times variations to the delivery charges as this service is outsourced. We will ensure that you are notified should that happen for confirmation of orders. \n  \nWhile we understand that the changes may result in some inconvenience\, we encourage you to make use of the delivery service as this will lessen the opportunities to be exposed and keep everyone safe. \n  \nThank you for your understanding and support.
