DESCRIPTION:  \nDear Guide Guiders\, \nThis PLTC aims to equip the Patrol Leaders / Company Leaders / ACLs with the necessary leadership skills to be able to manage her Patrol and Unit efficiently. \nObjectives:\n· To understand the roles and responsibilities of a Patrol Leader / ACL / CL\n· To develop effective leadership and organisation skills\n· To Assist Guiders in managing the unit \nTarget Group:\n· Guides who are identified as potential leaders or are holding leadership positions\n· Enrolled Guides in Sec 2 / 3 \nCourse Requirement:\n– 100% Attendance\n– Pre-Task: Guides will be given work to do during the course itself. We expect the girls to complete the necessary work. \nDate: \n\n	10 September 2026\, Thursday\, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)\n	11 September 2026\, Friday\, 9am – 4pm Online (mandatory)\n\nCourse Fee: $70 per Guide ($76.30 including 9% GST) \nYou may wish to register for your Guides here. In the event of a no-show\, the full fee will remain payable by the school or individual participant. For students under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme\, the respective Guider is required to contact the organiser and submit the FAS documentation on the student’s behalf.
