DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\, \n  \nThis PLTC aims to equip the Patrol Leaders / Company Leaders / ACLs with the necessary leadership skills to be able to manage her Patrol and Unit efficiently. \n  \nObjectives:\n· To understand the roles and responsibilities of a Patrol Leader / ACL / CL\n· To develop effective leadership and organisation skills\n· To Assist Guiders in managing the unit \nTarget Group:\n· Guides who are identified as potential leaders or are holding leadership positions\n· Enrolled Guides in Sec 2 / 3\n\nCourse Requirement\n– 100% Attendance\n– Pre-Task: Guides will be given work to do during the course itself. We expect the girls to complete the necessary work. \n  \nRound 1 Dates and Times\n\n\n	20 March 2025\, Thursday\, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)\n	21 March 2025\, Thursday\, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)\n	2 April 2025\, Wednesday\, 3.30pm – 5.30pm (virtual)\n	9 April 2025\, Wednesday\, 3.30pm – 5.30pm (virtual)\n\n \nRound 2 Dates and Times\n\n\n	5 November 2025\, Wednesday\, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)\n	6 November 2025\, Thursday\, 9am – 4pm at Guide House (mandatory)\n	12 November 2025\, Wednesday\, 10.30am – 12.30pm (virtual)\n	13 November 2025\, Thursday\, 10.30am – 12.30pm (virtual)\n\n\n  \n\n	This PLTC will cost $70 / Guide (not inclusive of 9% GST)\n	Each Unit can send up to 5 Guides. It will be based on a first-come\, first-served basis.\n	Guiders can send your CL\, ACL or PLs for this training.\n	We will be providing tea and lunch (for the physical sessions) and all the necessary materials for this training.\n	The rest of the sessions will be conducted online via Zoom.\n\n  \n\n	This PLTC will cost $70 / Guide (not inclusive of 9% GST)\n	Each Unit can send up to 5 Guides.
