DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\,\n\n \n\nPNA 2019\n\nThis is the time of the year when we evaluate our Guide programme for the year as well as complete the Puan Noor Aishah Award form.\n\n \n\nThe details are as follows:\n\n \n\nDeadline: 4 January 2020 (Saturday)\, 5 pm\n\nYou may choose one of the following methods of submission –\n\n 	Via Hard Copy: Submit all documents and supporting information (including thumb drive) to GGS Office\n 	Via Soft Copy: Submit all documents and supporting information via this link:  https://tinyurl.com/ggspna2020\n\nDo take note of the following:\n\n 	Use the correct PNAA form – this is available from the GGS website (https://girlguides.org.sg/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Revised-PNA-Guides-2017-2.xls)\n 	Please adhere to the information/verification required strictly.\n 	The GGS e-census system has been decommissioned. In place of the GGS’ e-census form\, please submit the Unit Membership Form (submitted to HQ in end March) and the cockpit attendance instead.\n 	If you are submitting online\, please adhere to the guidelines given to the naming of files. Failure to do so may cause your files to be missed easily.\n 	Under the camp category\, if you are claiming camp with kitchen shelter\, field cooking under the kitchen shelter must have been conducted.\n 	PNAA form must be duly signed by HOD and Captain of the Unit.\n\nIf you are submitting online\, do not wait till the last minute in case of any system error. You would receive an acknowledgement email when we have seen your submission.\n\n \n\nLate submissions will not be processed.\n\n \n\nPNA 2020\n\nBased on Guiders’ feedback\, Guiders have requested for the form to be made available to you earlier in 2019.\n\nThe PNA 2020 form will be made available via the GGS website from 13 November 2019 onwards. You may go to the website to download. Please note that there will be only 1 training session this year.\n\nTitle of Session:      Project Management cum Talk on Needs of Elderly & Proposal Submission Briefing\nDate:     31 January 2020 (Friday)\nTime:     3.00 pm – 5.00pm\nVenue: SNMH Hall (Sree Narayana Mission Home\, 12 Yishun Ave 5\, Singapore 768990\, Level 2)\nAttire: Half Brownie / Guide Uniform\nThings to bring: Writing materials\n\nWe would like to encourage all Units who have previously joined us in the sessions to continue to support the project. For those who have not yet embarked on this\, we welcome all on board this meaningful learning journey.\n\nIf your Unit has participated in previous years’ training\, the Brownies and Guide selected to lead in this year’s session should be new leaders.
