DESCRIPTION:Dear Brownie Guiders\, \n  \nWe hope that you are as excited about the upcoming National Brownie Revel as we are. The National Brownie Revel is an annual event for Brownies from different packs to meet for a range of fun activities and games.  \n  \nThe theme for this year’s National Brownie Revel\, “Together\, We Plog for the Future”\, invites Brownies to go outdoors so you can obtain your I-Plog Interest Badge by: \n\n	spreading the message of I-Plog by:\n\n	sharing with your peers what I-Plog mean\n	explaining why I-Plog is synonymous to Girl Guiding \n\n\n	raising your peers’ awareness on:\n\n	the problems of littering in your community \n	the impact littering has on the environment\n\n\n\n  \nThe Revel will also allow you to: \n\n	bond with your own pack and\n	play your part to make a difference to our environment\n	share with fellow Brownies your experience \n\n  \n  Details of the revel are as follows: \n\n\n\n\nNational Brownie Revel 2022 \n5 November 2022 @ 7.45 a.m. – 10.30 a.m. \n\n\n\n\nTime \n\n\nProgramme \n\n\nVenue \n\n\nRemarks \n\n\n\n\n7.45 a.m.  \n\n\nOpening Ceremony \n\n\nSchool \n\n\nA classroom or Computer Lab with a laptop and screen  \n\n\n\n\n8.00 a.m.  \n\n\nPlogging (Pick litter and\njog/walk) \n\n\nNeighbourhood\nParks/Park Connectors \n\n\nHalf Brownie Uniform \n\n\n\n\n9.30am \n\n\nPlogging (Pick litter and jog/walk) \n\n\nOptional Venues: \n\n	Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park \n	Jurong Lake Gardens\n	East Coast Park\n\n\n\nBrownies can bring\nyour own food/snacks\nand mat \n\n\n\n10.20am\nReflection on Padlet by\nGuiders\n \n\n\n10.30am\nBrownie Bells by\nindividual packs before\nending the day\nBrownie Bells can be\ndone at the picnic\nground or back at\nschool\n\n\n\nBe Prepared: Equip yourselves with: \n\n	Tongs\n	Gloves\n	Trash/plastic bags\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nRegistration Fee: $3 per Brownie to get a collectable Brownie Revel patch \n  \nWork the I-Plog Interest Badge  \nTo obtain the Level 1 i-Plog badge\, Brownies will have to  \n\n	plog with their pack/s in their community trail/park\n	write a reflection and \n	share their experience with fellow Brownies\n\n  \nReflections \nAt the end of the day\, log in your reflection on a padlet and share your experience with fellow Brownies via the following link: \nhttps://girlguidessingapore.padlet.org/ggsrealactivities2/e5s5xw34d6su30z \n  \n\n\n\n\nActivity \n\n\nActions To Be Taken \n\n\n\n\nReflect \n\n\nSuggested strategy: See\, Think\, Wonder \n\n	I see …\n	I think … \n	I wonder … \n\n\n\n\n\nShare \n\n\nReflections  \n\n	Each school is to submit 3 photos accompanied with a caption\n	Upload the 3 photos according to school on Padlet\n	Ensure that ALL attendees are captured in at least one of the photos\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nPre-Revel Competitions \nKeep a lookout for more details on the competitions coming to you in October! \n  \nYours-in-Guiding\, \n  \nMdm Samsia\nBrownie Branch Commissioner
