DESCRIPTION:Dear Guiders\, \nCalling all units working on their STEM Changemakers Badge! We are pleased to invite your Unit to an upcoming educational visit to KLA Singapore\, organised as part of the STEM Changemakers Badge Programme\, for Guides to get a first-hand look at how science\, engineering and technology are applied in a real working environment. \nThis visit will include a guided tour of KLA’s factory and cleanroom facilities\, together with an introduction to the work carried out at KLA and the STEM career pathways available in the industry.  \n\n\n\n\nDate \n\n\n26 October 2026 (Monday) \n\n\n\n\nReporting Time \n\n\n1.15pm at Guide House \n\n\n\n\nDismissal Time \n\n\n5.30pm at Guide House \n\n\n\n\nVenue \n\n\nCapacity \n\n\nKLA Singapore (Two-way transport provided) \n22A Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2\, Office B22B\, Singapore 569857 \n  \n27 slots\, capped at 4 Guides per Unit \n3 Guiders \nFirst-come-first-serve basis \n\n\n\n\nAttire \n\n\nGuides Polo with Long Pants and Closed-toe Covered Shoes \n\n\n\n\nThings to bring \n\n\nWater bottle\, writing materials and any personal medication (if required) \n\n\n\n \n\nLight refreshments will be provided. \n\n\n\n\nHow do Guides complete the badge? \nThis visit will allow Guides to complete “Level 3 activity: A day in the Life” of the STEM Changemakers badge.  \nGuides will have to complete the remaining parts (Level 1\,2 & 4) of the badge with their Units. \nSounds Exciting!
