DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\,  \nWe are excited to invite you to a hands-on experience in outdoor cooking and tent pitching as part of your leadership journey.  \nYou will learn how to pitch an 8-man tent canvas\, as well as different parts of the tent.  \nThe outdoor cooking training is designed to teach you essential outdoor cooking skills without the use of utensils or stoves. You will prepare your own fire pits\, learn various cooking techniques\, and cook a variety of dishes using the ingredients provided.  \nTraining Details\nDate: Saturday\, 17 October 2026\nSession 1 Time: 9am to 12pm\nSession 2 Time: 1.30pm to 5pm \nVenue: Camp Christine (2-way transportation will be provided from GGS HQ)\nAttire: Guider Polo T\, long pants and comfortable shoes\nTraining Fee: $60.00 per session (excl. GST\, $65.40 including 9% GST) \nWhat to Expect: \nSession 1: Outdoor Cooking Say goodbye to stoves and utensils! You’ll be preparing your own fire pits\, mastering unique cooking techniques\, and cooking up a delicious variety of dishes with provided ingredients.
