Thank you for your support in empowering them! \n1.Key Dates – Mark Your Calendars! \nOrdering Starts: March 16\, 2026 \nOrder Deadline: April 30\, 2026 \nDelivery Period: May 04 to May 22\, 2026\, 29 June to 29 August 2026 \nThere will be no deliveries during public or school holidays. Confirmed complete consolidated \norders submitted early will be prioritised for delivery within the scheduled period. \n  \n2.Unveiling the New Designs for this Year \nWe’re proud to showcase cookie box designs inspired by Chee Yuhan Rei from Manjusri Secondary School. \n\n\n\nMint Cream Flavour \nChocolate Cream Flavour\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n  \n3.The Cookie Entrepreneurs Pilot Programme  \nThis year\, we are introducing The Cookie Entrepreneurs pilot programme to make the School Cookie Project more interactive and rewarding for the girls. The programme offers: \n\n	Structured activities that develop skills in design\, marketing\, communication and sales\, aligned with WAGGGS Leadership Mindsets\n	Opportunities to build confidence\, creativity and entrepreneurial thinking\n	A clear connection between cookie sales and the impact of GGS programmes\n	A ready-to-use activity pack to guide and support Guiders\n	New payment option: Ez-Link card for Units completing the activity pack\n\nA workshop will be held on 16th April at Guide House for girls to experience the activity pack. Register here by 10th April. Try the activities at your next CCA session! \n  \n4.How to Order: \nAll orders are placed through our GGS Cookie Shop portal: \n\n	Each girl member submits their individual orders directly through the portal. Please to this link GGS Cookie Manual for step by step instructions on how to log in and place your order.\n	Consolidated orders received by 30 April 2026 will be submitted to the vendor for delivery schedule. Complete consolidated orders submitted early will be prioritised for delivery within the scheduled period.\n	Guiders are reminded not to collect cash payments.\n	New Guiders: To request for portal login credentials\, email ggscookies@girlguides.org.sg with your School Unit name and email address to link your account.\n\n  \n5.Delivery Options (between 04 to 22 May 2026) \n\n	Complimentary delivery is available for Units ordering 60 boxes or more. We strongly recommend accepting the delivery date\, as it is based on the vendor’s availability.\n	For orders fewer than 60 boxes\, Guiders must arrange self-collection from the Guide House. To arrange\, email ggscookies@girlguides.org.sg and we will respond promptly.\n	For urgent requests\, the vendor offers the option of factory self-collection via Lalamove within the delivery period\, with additional costs.\n\n  \n6. Incentive and Rewards \nUnits averaging at least 5 boxes per girl will receive a special edition Cookie Fun patch for each participating member. \n  \n7. Registration is now open for our Brownie Sixers Training.  \nHere are the details for Sixer’s Training Level 2 (1st Run for 2026). \n📅 Date: 17 March 2026\, Tuesday\n⏰ Time: 9.00 am – 3.00 pm\n📍 Venue: Guide House\n📝 Fee:  $40 per Brownie\n($43.60 including 9% GST\, lunch\, and training booklet) \nWhat you’ll learn:\n✅ Roles & responsibilities of a Sixer & Second\n✅ Communication & leadership skills\n✅ How to lead a game or activity \nSince this is a Level 2 training\, Brownies must meet the following criteria:  \n\n	Is a sixer or second\n	Have completed Sixer Training Level 1 \n\nEach school can send up to 5 Brownies. There will only be 40 places in total. \nRegistration is based on a first-come-first-served and will close once we hit the quota. For registration\, please submit 1 google form per school. We will need a minimum of 20 Brownies for this event to proceed.  \n(Detailed programme and RAMS will be provided to Guiders who have successfully registered their Brownies)   \nBrownie Guiders need not accompany their girls for the training as there will be HQ trainers and GGS volunteers throughout the session. DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\, \nThis PLTC aims to equip the Patrol Leaders / Company Leaders / ACLs with the necessary leadership skills to be able to manage her Patrol and Unit efficiently. \nObjectives: \n\n	To understand the roles and responsibilities of a Patrol Leader / ACL / CL\n	To develop effective leadership and organisation skills\n	To Assist Guiders in managing the unit\n\nTarget Group: \n\n	Guides who are identified as potential leaders or are holding leadership positions\n	Enrolled Guides in Sec 2 / 3\n\nCourse Requirement: \n\n	100% Attendance\n	Pre-Task: Guides will be given work to do during the course itself. We expect the girls to complete the necessary work.\n\nDate: 17 March 2026 & 18 March 2026\nTime: 9.00am to 5.00pm\nVenue: Guide House\nCourse Fee: $70 per Guide ($76.30 including 9% GST) \nYou may wish to register for your Guides here. Registration closes 28 February 2026 at 5pm. \nPlease note that billing will be based strictly on the number of participants registered for the event\, as the fees are subsidised by GGS. In the event of a no-show\, the full fee will remain payable by the school or individual participant.\n\nStudents under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme\, students can seek support from the Masonic Charitable Fund to cover their full fees and be fully subsidised.
