It will serve as a platform to inspire\, equip and empower young women with the knowledge\, skills and confidence to advocate for gender equality – in alignment with SDG 5: Gender Equality and the WAGGGS leadership mindset on Gender Equality.\n\nThrough workshops and conference sessions\, participants will engage with industry professionals\, exchange stories with like-minded young women from diverse cultural backgrounds\, and build a strong network of passionate changemakers. Furthermore\, this programme will provide a safe and empowering space for discussion\, ideation and the development of initiatives that break down gender barriers. After the event\, participants will be expected to complete a community impact project within their own Member Organisation / local community.
