SUMMARY:Patrol Leaders' Training Course Round 2 (Day 2)
DESCRIPTION:Dear Guide Guiders\, \n  \nThis PLTC aims to equip the Patrol Leaders / Company Leaders / ACLs with the necessary leadership skills to be able to manage her Patrol and Unit efficiently. \nObjectives:\n· To understand the roles and responsibilities of a Patrol Leader / ACL / CL\n· To develop effective leadership and organisation skills\n· To Assist Guiders in managing the unit \nTarget Group:\n· Guides who are identified as potential leaders or are holding leadership positions\n· Enrolled Guides in Sec 2 / 3\n\nCourse Requirement\n– 100% Attendance\n– Pre-Task: Guides will be given work to do during the course itself. We expect the girls to complete the necessary work. \n  \nThere will be a course fees of $70 / Guide excluding 9% GST. For students under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme\, the respective Guider is required to contact the organiser on the student’s behalf. DESCRIPTION:Dear all\, \n  \nThere are three categories: Brownies\, Guides and Open (for Young Adults\, Guiders and Trefoil Guild members). Each Unit may send up to 3 members to participate. Each member can submit one design of any shape\, fitting within the provided template and dimensions. \n\nThe theme for 2026 is “Our Friendship”\, and the WTD patch design must reflect both of the following elements:\n● Our Friendship in Guiding\n● 100 Years of WTD Celebration \n\nFor more information\, members may refer to these slides HERE. \nThe following will be required for submission: \n\n1. PDF of design \n\n● The design can be digitally created or hand-drawn\, then scanned and saved and saved as a PDF (do retain a raw copy in case your design is selected).\n● Ensure the image resolution is at least 300 DPI or 2000 x 1312 pixels \n\n2.
