DESCRIPTION:Dear Guiders\,  \nWe are excited to announce the second online advocacy video competition\, focusing on Mental Wellness Month.  \nTheme: Mind Matters: Nurture\, Heal\, Thrive  \nThis theme highlights the importance of mental well-being\, encouraging self-care\, healing\, and resilience. It reminds everyone that nurturing our mental health is just as vital as physical health\, and small steps can lead to a thriving\, balanced life. We hope for participants to tackle the issue of mental health stigma in Singapore\, encouraging us to seek help when we need it\, and fostering a more resilient and cohesive community by spreading awareness on social media and sharing with everyone some self-care tips. \nVideo requirements: \n\n	Girls are to form a team of 3 to 5 girls per video entry\n\n\n	1-minute long portrait video with a caption for the video\n\n\n	Each school can submit a maximum of 3 videos \n\nPlease note that there is an extension for submission. Do submit all video submissions by 25th July 2025\, 5pm\, via this form (https://tinyurl.com/mayadvocacyvidcomp2025).
