Long hair to be neatly plaited. Only black hair accessories are to be used.   \n  \nNote: \n\n	Snacks will be provided.\n	Each Guide must bring the following:\n\n\n	A bottle of water of at least 1 litre\, labelled with their name.\n\n\n	Guides must report on time to mark attendance and uniform inspection.\n	Guiders do not need to be on duty\, but you are more than welcome to visit your Guides.
