With their own creativity\, the Brownies will be taught in sewing their unused socks to create plushies suitable for gifts or for their own. This is one way to be more sustainable using used socks. \n\n\nManjusri Secondary School                                                       \n\n\nFace-to-face (Venue: Manjusri Secondary School)  \n\n\nMaximum number of participants: 20 Brownies  \n\n(Each school may sign up 2 to 3 Brownies)  \n\n\n\n\n2 \n\n\nWorkshop: Funky Flair \n\nToo many boring socks? Let’s create some funky and cool socks! Brownies will be able to learn how to tie dye on a pair of white socks. Two techniques will be taught so that they can chose to do a pair that matches or a mismatched pair of socks! \n\n\nManjusri Secondary School                                                       \n\n\nFace-to-face (Venue: Manjusri Secondary School) \n\n\nMaximum number of participants: 20 Brownies \n\n(Each school may sign up 2 to 3 Brownies)  \n\n\n\n\n3 \n\n\nWorkshop: Colourful Airborne Creations: Balloon Bouquet \n\nBrownies will learn to create a balloon-themed card using old magazines or coloured paper. At the end of the session\, the girls will be required to go back to their Units to complete another 2 facilitation sessions before Guiders can award them the peer facilitator’s proficiency badge. SUMMARY:Girl Guides: Gardens by the Bay Ambassadors Programme 2023 (Round 3)
DESCRIPTION:The Gardens by the Bay Ambassador Programme (GAP) 2023 is back. Since its launch in 2012\, more than 600 of our Guides have become GB Ambassadors of the award-winning garden. Guides who have completed the programme discovered more about the vast variety of plants and acquired valuable knowledge on the sustainability efforts of the garden. In addition\, they also gained experience by conducting garden tours as well as facilitating and delivering programmes amidst the beautiful setting. This is indeed a great learning opportunity for the Guides as they play an active role in one of Singapore’s popular tourist attractions. \nPlease read the details below carefully before committing to this programme.  \nGuides will only attain this badge if they complete sessions 1 – 4.\nIf a Guide misses an Ask Me! session\, she will need to do a make-up session based on GBTB’s availability. \n\nGuides (Round 3)  \n\n	Number of available places: 84\n	Each school must send a minimum of 10 Guides and a maximum of 12 Guides.\n	(Please send even numbers as Guides will be paired when conducting the Ask Me!
