We want to help participants improve their confidence and self-esteem to realise their fullest potential. Through fun and interactive activities\, they will learn that body confidence and self-esteem come from valuing their bodies\, standing up to social pressures and supporting others to be more body confident. The programme will challenge them to take the lead by taking action in their community\, sharing what they have learnt with their peers. \nThis is an opportunity to develop and sharpen participants’ planning\, organising and leadership skills. The workshop is now opened for registration. \nThe objectives of the course as stated by MOE are as follows: \n\n Identify     key     beliefs     and     demonstrate behaviours of a learning facilitator\n Use a variety of facilitation strategies to make learning engaging\n Conduct conversations and energizers in a structured and meaningful manner\n Adapt activities to achieve the outcomes of a Brownies/Guides session and meet the needs of the learners\n Design questions to conduct reflection and review of lessons learnt\n\nApproach for the workshops: \n\n Role-Modelling – Trainer will role-model facilitation via explicit demonstrations of the strategies throughout the entire workshop.
