DESCRIPTION:Dear Brownie Guiders\, \nGirl Guides Singapore is adopting the WAGGGS Leadership Model as part of our core Girl Guides Experience. \nThis Leadership Model is a model of leadership practice which emphasizes on the daily behaviours one choose to engage in as well as the values put into action creating a positive change. Leadership practice regards your “ways of being and thinking about the world” as the foundation to who you are as a leader. The WAGGGS leadership model uses a system of six mindsets as the main tool to make leadership practice conscious.
