DESCRIPTION:Girl Guides Singapore is adopting the WAGGGS Leadership Model as part of our core Girl Guides Experience.\n\n \n\nThis Leadership Model is a model of leadership practice. Leadership practice emphasizes on the daily behaviours you choose to engage in to put your values into action and create positive change. Leadership practice regards your “way s of being and thinking about the world” as the foundation to who you are as a leader.\n\n \n\nThe WAGGGS leadership model uses a system of six mindsets as the main tool to make leadership practice conscious. We believe that girls\, no matter what age\, can consciously practice their leadership to become better leaders.\n\n \n\nTo send your girls for this training\, you can register here: WAGGGS Leadership Model Virtual Training.\n\n \n\nThere are 4 dates to choose from:\n\n 	26 June\, Fri\n 	24 Jul\, Fri\n 	14 Aug\, Fri\n 	11 Sep\, Fri\n\nAll sessions will take place in the afternoon from 2.30pm – 5.30pm. Participating Guides should be at least Sec 2s and above. Each Unit can send up to 10 Guides for this training. Each training will accommodate up to 40 Guides. Availability of slots is based on a first-come\, first-serve basis.\n\n

DESCRIPTION:he badge programme offers our Guides an opportunity to not only develop their presentation and social interaction skills and will also steer the Guides towards an aptitude for self-directed learning. The programme is delivered in an enjoyable and experiential manner via scavenger hunts and field investigations supervised by professional horticulturists. Hence it is a unique learning experience for any Guide who wants to know more about nature.
